At Global BnB Management we understand the needs of both the tenant and the landlord. When you rent your property to us, rest assured that we will take great care of it for you.
Your property will be professionally cleaned up to 2-4 times per week, all guests will be required to provide Government ID and we’ll cross check this information to ensure who is booking with us, is staying with us.
There is also a strict policy of No Pets, No Smoking, No Parties, and any minor repairs/maintenance will be managed and attended to by us, so you don’t need to concern yourself with minor issues.
It truly is all about you being the investor and we
will take care of the rest.
