How does The Global Bnb Management Private Rental model work?
In essence, we lease a property from the property owner and then we list it on Airbnb for bookings. Our team's primary focus is to manage Airbnb listings in our local area the Newcastle region in NSW. However, we will be looking forward to future expansion into other areas of Australia and in time abroad. We look for apartments and houses that are up for lease that are appealing, in a great central location in popular areas, or close to a city’s main centre.

How can Global BnB Management rent a property and then list it on Airbnb?
If  the owner and strata/body corporate (if applicable) has agreed, the property can be listed on Airbnb for guest bookings. The agreement is noted in the special terms of the tenancy agreement. 

What happens if a guest damages the property?
All  our listings have strict rules of no parties, no smoking and no pets. Our strict sifting and qualifying formula for the "right" kind of tenants greatly reduces the risk of any unwanted event. We take out specific insurance and the Airbnb Host Guarantee also protects hosts up to $1,000,000 should accidents happen.  Also, here at Global Bnb Management, we take extra insurance for contents, building, damages and theft.

What about insurance?
You will need to speak with your insurance company to see if they can include Airbnb bookings in your landlords insurance. If they cannot help then we would be more than happy to recommend companies who can!

Why would I rent to you rather than a tenant?
All of our listings are cleaned by professional cleaners after each booking, meaning your property will be at all times spotless.  It is important to our  business that we keep your property in good working order to maintain our excellent rating from guests on Airbnb.
